About the Role

Afaq Q Tech General Trading is seeking a Program Manager II, Amazon NOW Launch, to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves owning and driving programs that directly impact customer delivery, coordinating across various teams, and solving complex problems. The position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Program Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program delivery for cross-functional initiatives, including defining scope, setting milestones, tracking progress, and mitigating risks to maintain schedules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align priorities, secure necessary resources, and facilitate timely decisions for program advancement.
• Identify and define key performance indicators, establish reporting mechanisms, and utilize data to assess program health and recommend improvements.
• Apply process improvement methodologies to optimize workflows, increase team productivity, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to various audiences, from team members to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Daily Activities

A typical day may involve reviewing program dashboards and preparing updates for stakeholder meetings. The role includes participating in working sessions with partner teams to resolve dependencies and define next steps. Data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of recent process changes and drafting summary narratives are also part of the daily tasks. Additionally, the Program Manager II provides feedback on project plans developed by teammates to refine approaches before leadership reviews.
