About the Role

Panda Retail Company is seeking a Project Lead, Planning & Governance Management to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves providing technical expertise and leadership for the design, development, and execution of assigned projects, ensuring they meet predefined business requirements and are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of assigned projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and agreed quality standards.
• Coordinate project resources and teams to optimize productivity and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure the achievement of project milestones.
• Engage with stakeholders and internal departments to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report project performance using KPIs and dashboards to provide senior management with actionable insights and ensure transparency.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and governance frameworks to maintain operational excellence and project integrity.
• Coach and mentor project team members to enhance capabilities, knowledge sharing, and effective project delivery.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 6-10 years of relevant experience in project leadership and management.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within Panda Retail Company.
