About the Role

MASQ World is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage high-profile lighting projects from inception to completion. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with extensive experience in the lighting industry.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading complex projects, ensuring successful delivery within established parameters. This role demands strong leadership, effective communication, and a proven ability to manage both projects and people within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale lighting projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide comprehensive reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on the lighting industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Experience in managing people and leading project teams.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Work Environment
