Reval Operations Maintenance, a leading company in the Operation & Maintenance sector, is seeking a Project Manager Operation & Maintenance. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, specifically covering projects in Jeddah and Makkah.

The Role

The Project Manager Operation & Maintenance will oversee O&M projects, ensuring their execution aligns with contractual obligations and approved specifications. This role also involves significant focus on business development and securing new projects and contracts, requiring a strong leader with proven experience in these areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee O&M projects, ensuring execution in accordance with contracts and approved specifications.
• Lead project teams and monitor operational performance.
• Identify and pursue new O&M and Facility Management opportunities.
• Build and develop relationships with clients, organizations, and target companies.
• Monitor tenders, RFPs, and business opportunities.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals in coordination with relevant departments.
• Analyze project costs and ensure targeted profit margins are achieved.
• Negotiate with clients and follow opportunities through award and contract signing.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, schedules, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage client relationships and address feedback and complaints.
• Follow up on contract renewals and expansion opportunities with existing clients.
• Prepare regular reports on projects and business opportunities for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in O&M project management, business development, and securing new projects and contracts.
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position. The role requires presence in the Makkah region, with project responsibilities spanning Jeddah and Makkah.
