Property Supervisor

About the Role

Mawref Logistics Solutions is seeking a Property Supervisor to join our team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is essential for overseeing the operational efficiency, maintenance, and overall performance of our facilities. The Property Supervisor will play a key part in ensuring excellent service delivery and tenant satisfaction.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate all aspects of property operations, from staff supervision and maintenance oversight to tenant relations and compliance with government regulations. The supervisor will ensure smooth coordination with service providers and government entities, contributing to the effective management of company properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise property staff to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to operational standards.
• Monitor facility maintenance, including preventive plans and renovation activities.
• Address tenant needs, resolve complaints, and act on inspection findings promptly.
• Review maintenance reports, quotations, invoices, and evaluate vendor performance.
• Support leasing operations and assist with contract management tasks.
• Coordinate with government authorities for necessary permits, licenses, and official procedures.
• Conduct regular site visits, supervise project handovers, and validate engineering drawings.
• Prepare and monitor property-related budgets and manage petty cash accounts.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in property supervision or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee operational efficiency and facility maintenance.
• Experience in coordinating with service providers and government entities.
• Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to properties in Jeddah. The role requires active engagement with various stakeholders, including property staff, tenants, service providers, and government authorities.
