About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Property Management Specialist to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role focuses on managing and coordinating the internal handover process of projects from construction to property management. The specialist ensures that all units, systems, and documentation meet company standards, quality requirements, and timelines.

Role Overview

The Property Management Specialist acts as a key liaison between engineering, construction, and property management teams. This position is critical for ensuring a smooth transition of assets post-construction, verifying quality, and managing all associated documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the internal handover process between construction and property management teams.
• Ensure all units are inspected and meet quality standards prior to handover.
• Review and verify all handover documentation, including drawings, manuals, and warranties.
• Identify and report defects, and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of handover status and progress.
• Collaborate with engineering and site teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support the preparation of snag lists and ensure closure before final handover.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of assets.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in handover processes or facility/property management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with inspection procedures and quality standards.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah.
