About the Role

Qureos is seeking a Sales Manager to join its commercial team in Jeddah. This full-time position involves driving revenue growth for a B2B SaaS/HR Tech platform that utilizes AI to redefine the hiring process. Qureos, backed by investors including Prosus Ventures and COTU Ventures, has raised $5 million in seed funding to accelerate its expansion. The company's platform helps organizations compress hiring timelines, distribute job postings across global channels, screen candidates efficiently, and automate recruitment workflows at scale.

Role Context

As demand for Qureos' AI-powered hiring solutions accelerates globally, the company is expanding its commercial team. This role offers an opportunity to join a high-growth, category-defining company at an early stage. The Sales Manager will play a direct role in shaping the future of hiring by helping organizations transition from fragmented systems and manual workflows to an AI-native platform that enables faster, smarter, and more efficient hiring at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation to closing deals.
  • Drive revenue growth within mid-market and enterprise accounts by employing consultative selling techniques.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and strategic commercial discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with HR leaders, recruitment teams, and executive decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand Qureos' market presence.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM data hygiene for all active opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to optimize conversion rates and customer outcomes.
  • Gather customer and market insights to enhance product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent Qureos with professionalism and a high-performance mindset in all interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience required: 2-5 years.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle.
  • Experience in consultative selling, particularly within B2B SaaS or HR Tech.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with HR and executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and take ownership of responsibilities.
