About the Sales Manager Role

Burjline Builders is seeking a Sales Manager with experience in B2B SaaS/HR Tech to drive revenue growth. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure.

Role Overview

This role involves managing the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts within the HR Tech sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the company's expansion in target markets. The position requires a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Drive revenue growth by engaging in consultative selling with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Conduct effective discovery calls, product demonstrations, and strategic commercial discussions with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, recruitment teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, and Customer Success, to optimize conversion rates and customer outcomes.
  • Gather market and customer insights to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company professionally and with a high-performance mindset in all interactions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within B2B SaaS or HR Tech.
  • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience in consultative selling and building relationships with enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong understanding of HR technology and its value proposition.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting.
