About the Sales Manager Role
Burjline Builders is seeking a Sales Manager with 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS/HR Tech sales. This full-time position involves driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for a company focused on AI-powered hiring solutions. The role requires a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to achieving revenue targets within a dynamic environment.
Role Context and Company Overview
Qureos is an AI-driven hiring platform backed by investors including Prosus Ventures and COTU Ventures. The company has secured $5 million in seed funding to advance its mission of transforming how businesses hire. Qureos assists over 1,000 organizations in compressing hiring timelines through AI-powered sourcing, screening, and interviewing. The platform distributes job openings across more than 2,000 global channels, screens candidates rapidly, and automates recruitment workflows, aiming to turn hiring from an operational challenge into a strategic advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery through negotiation to securing signed contracts.
- Drive revenue expansion within mid-market and enterprise accounts by employing consultative selling techniques.
- Conduct effective discovery calls, product demonstrations, and strategic commercial discussions with key stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with HR leaders, recruitment teams, and executive decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of Qureos's market reach.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM data hygiene for all active opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to optimize conversion rates and customer outcomes.
- Gather insights from customers and the market to refine product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Represent Qureos professionally and with a high-performance mindset in all interactions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in a Sales Manager role, B2B sales, or full-cycle SaaS closing positions.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Substantial experience managing complex sales cycles from initial contact to closing.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Previous experience in SaaS, HRTech, recruitment, or AI-driven products is considered a strong advantage.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with HR leaders, founders, recruitment teams, and enterprise decision-makers.
- A strong sense of ownership, coupled with effective execution, urgency, and commercial acumen.
