Qureos is seeking a Sales Manager with experience in B2B SaaS and HR Tech to join its growing commercial team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The platform automates recruitment workflows, distributing jobs across numerous channels and screening candidates efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation to closing contracts.
- Drive revenue growth within mid-market and enterprise accounts using a consultative selling approach.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and strategic commercial discussions with key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, recruitment teams, and executive decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Qureos' market presence.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM data hygiene.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, marketing, customer success, and leadership to optimize conversion rates and customer outcomes.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Represent Qureos professionally in all interactions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in a Sales Manager role, B2B sales, or full-cycle SaaS closing.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles from initial contact to closure.
- Proficiency in engaging HR leaders, founders, recruitment teams, and enterprise decision-makers.
- High ownership mentality with strong execution capabilities and commercial acumen.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-moving environments.
- Strong execution, urgency, and commercial instincts.
- Previous experience in SaaS, HR Tech, recruitment, or AI-driven products is considered a strong asset.
Work Environment and Compensation
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Qureos offers a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure.
