Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation to closing contracts.
• Drive revenue growth within mid-market and enterprise accounts using a consultative selling approach.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and strategic commercial discussions with key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, recruitment teams, and executive decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand Qureos' market presence.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM data hygiene.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, marketing, customer success, and leadership to optimize conversion rates and customer outcomes.
• Gather customer and market insights to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Represent Qureos professionally in all interactions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2–6 years of experience in a Sales Manager role, B2B sales, or full-cycle SaaS closing.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles from initial contact to closure.
• Proficiency in engaging HR leaders, founders, recruitment teams, and enterprise decision-makers.
• High ownership mentality with strong execution capabilities and commercial acumen.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
