The House Hotel Jeddah King Road is positioned along the Red Sea coastline in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It is designed as a contemporary urban retreat that combines coastal living with modern hospitality. The property features 129 rooms and includes a signature restaurant that serves as both a social and culinary hub. Jeddah, located on Saudi Arabia’s western shore, is a dynamic city known for its seaside living, culture, and modern lifestyle, including the Jeddah Corniche and the historic Al-Balad, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The city is served by King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED), located approximately 20 km from the city center.

Security Manager Role

Kerten Hospitality is seeking a Security Manager for The House Hotel Jeddah King Road. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in security management. The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing all security operations within the hotel, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations, and maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff in Makkah, specifically Jeddah and Makkah.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the hotel’s security operations, including patrols, access control, surveillance, and emergency response.
• Ensure the smooth operation of security systems such as CCTV, access control, key control, and alarm systems.
• Lead security activities and ensure timely response to and resolution of incidents.
• Monitor and maintain fire and life safety, emergency preparedness, evacuation, and crisis management procedures.
• Plan and implement security risk assessments, security plans for events and VIP visits, and security improvements.
• Manage security contractors, service providers, and security-related contracts.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, investigation records, and lost and found procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies, Civil Defense requirements, and Saudi security regulations.
• Train and support staff on security awareness, emergency drills, and best practices.
