Job Summary

The Senior Brand Associate, Beauty, will manage and execute all Retail, Commercial, Merchandising, and Business Development aspects for the brand. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, requiring 2-5 years of experience. The role involves developing strategies to ensure the customer experience is consistent with the overall company strategy and values, and driving initiatives to maintain this alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement brand marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Support and influence brand retail partnerships, influencer collaborations, and event activations.
• Ensure brand consistency and excellence in execution across all trade partners.
• Monitor brand performance in terms of sales, stock on hand, innovation pipeline, and activation, while liaising with the Sales Team on brand organic and/or expansion opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing projects.
• Grow the brand by leveraging retailer seasonality and ensuring the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline is delivered on time.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers to ensure agreed targets are achieved and adjustments are made as needed.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
