About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Senior Compound Supervisor for Compound Aljood Services in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position involves overseeing the daily operations of the company's employee compounds to ensure all accommodation facilities are well-maintained, safe, clean, and efficiently managed, while addressing the accommodation needs of employees.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to supervise the daily functions of the company compound. This includes ensuring that all accommodation facilities meet required standards for maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and overall management, thereby supporting the living requirements of employees.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee the daily operations of employee compounds, which includes managing accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and general services.
• Manage occupancy levels, room allocation, employee movements, and overall housing capacity across assigned compounds.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, landlords, various service providers, and internal departments to ensure the efficient delivery of all services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure full compliance with company policies, established safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Address employee concerns, resolve operational issues, manage incidents, and respond to emergencies, while continuously monitoring service quality and contractor performance.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in compound supervision or facility management.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering facilities in both Jeddah and Makkah. The salary for this role will be disclosed during the interview process.
