About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Senior Compound Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of company compounds in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves ensuring accommodation facilities are well-maintained, safe, clean, and properly managed to support employees' housing needs.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to supervise the daily operations of the company compound. This includes maintaining accommodation facilities to ensure they are safe, clean, and properly managed, while also addressing the accommodation needs of employees.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee the daily operations of employee compounds, covering accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and general services.
• Manage occupancy levels, room allocation, employee movements, and housing capacity across assigned compounds.
• Coordinate with contractors, landlords, service providers, and internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle employee concerns, operational issues, incidents, and emergencies, while monitoring service quality and contractor performance.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, within the Panda Retail Company – Savola Group. The role involves direct supervision of compound operations and interaction with various stakeholders.
