Compound Manager

About the Role

Wakan International Residential Compounds Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Dallah Albaraka Holding, is seeking a Compound Manager to oversee the operations of a residential compound in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing approximately 250 residential units and ensuring high standards of resident services, hospitality, and facility maintenance. The role focuses on enhancing resident satisfaction and supporting business objectives through improved occupancy rates and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and implementation of hospitality and compound management plans aligned with company objectives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of hospitality policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage daily operations of the residential compound to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
• Prepare and monitor the compound's operational budget, focusing on cost control and resource management.
• Set departmental objectives, supervise staff performance, and develop team members to achieve operational targets.
• Plan, organize, and oversee residential services, including housekeeping, maintenance, and other hospitality activities.
• Ensure proper maintenance and good condition of all compound facilities, residential units, and common areas.
• Monitor occupancy rates and implement initiatives to improve occupancy and maximize unit utilization.
• Coordinate and support marketing, leasing, and sales activities to attract prospective residents and maintain high occupancy.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, address concerns, and ensure timely resolution of service issues.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for the Compound Manager position should possess relevant experience in residential compound management or a similar hospitality-focused role. The role requires a professional with a strong understanding of operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.

Required Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a residential compound setting. The Compound Manager will lead a team responsible for daily operations and resident services.
