About the Role

Al-Khuraif is seeking a Residential Building Manager to oversee residential leasing activities, tenant relations, occupancy management, and daily property operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position with a salary of SAR 6,000 per month, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential leasing activities and follow up with prospective tenants.
• Respond to rental inquiries and arrange property viewings.
• Present available residential units professionally to prospective tenants.
• Coordinate lease documentation, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and unit handovers.
• Monitor unit availability, reservations, occupancy, and vacancies.
• Maintain professional communication with residents and respond to their inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Follow up on lease renewals and support tenant retention.
• Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other service teams as required.
• Ensure vacant units and common areas are properly maintained and ready for viewings and occupancy.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and prepare regular occupancy and operational reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve occupancy rates, leasing performance, and resident satisfaction.
• Support smooth daily residential property operations and maintain high service standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, and well-organized, demonstrating strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving skills. This role requires an individual comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, working independently, and coordinating effectively with residents, prospective tenants, management, and service teams. A hands-on approach, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of residential property operations are essential.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationals only.
• Currently based in Riyadh or available to work in Riyadh.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in residential property management, leasing, tenant relations, building operations, residential compounds, serviced apartments, staff accommodation, or a similar residential environment.
• Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally with tenants, prospective tenants, service providers, and management.
• Good communication, organization, customer service, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle daily operational responsibilities independently and professionally.
