The Role of Senior Landscape Estimator

Pine Landscaping is seeking a Senior Landscape Estimator to lead cost estimation and tendering processes for multiple large-scale landscape projects throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires an experienced professional to manage the full estimation cycle independently, from inquiry receipt to final pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading cost estimation and tendering for large-scale landscape projects.
• Conducting quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and bid preparation.
• Managing multiple tenders and proposals simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Collaborating with designers, project managers, procurement teams, and clients.
• Independently managing the complete estimation process from initial inquiry to final pricing.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of strong experience in landscape estimating, including quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and bid preparation for medium to large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting landscape drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
• Solid understanding of construction and landscaping methods.
• Familiarity with local market pricing, materials, and suppliers in Saudi Arabia, with preferred experience in Jeddah or the broader region.
• Commitment to sustainable practices and an understanding of environmentally friendly materials and techniques in landscaping.

Work Environment
