Senior Lead Security Analyst

About the Role

Zahid Group is seeking a Senior Lead Security Analyst to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on enhancing and maintaining the organization's cybersecurity posture by actively identifying, analyzing, and responding to security threats and incidents. The successful candidate will support security operations, implement robust security solutions, and protect critical systems, infrastructure, applications, and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and response activities for security incidents.
• Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM and other security tools.
• Conduct security assessments and provide actionable security recommendations.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain various security solutions.
• Lead cybersecurity awareness initiatives across the organization.
• Develop and support security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to mitigate security risks.
• Maintain security monitoring and protection platforms.
• Mentor junior security analysts within the team.
• Ensure compliance with established security standards and architecture principles.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity roles. A strong background in security operations, incident response, and the implementation of security solutions is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a dedicated cybersecurity team focused on protecting the organization's digital assets.
