Role Overview

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist – Spine & China Orthopedics for a full-time position in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, with locations in Riyadh and Jeddah. This role is responsible for leading the marketing strategy, portfolio management, new product introductions, and market-development programs for the Spine & China Orthopedics portfolio across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The position involves collaboration with various cross-functional teams to translate market insights into growth plans and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and operating plan for the Spine & China Orthopedics portfolio in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Translate global and EurAsia strategies and market insights into country, account, and portfolio priorities.
• Lead downstream commercialization, lifecycle management, and readiness for key new product introductions.
• Drive market development, portfolio conversion, product-mix improvement, and adoption of strategic technologies.
• Develop customer engagement, medical education, congress, workshop, and digital programs aligned with growth priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across commercial, training, regulatory, forecasting, inventory, and instrument-set requirements.
• Monitor performance, trends, risks, and operational barriers, and recommend corrective actions.
• Represent local market requirements and provide commercial teams with clear priorities, insights, and tools.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
