Dar Al-Hekma University, located in Jeddah, is seeking a Senior Statistician to join its team. This full-time role is central to supporting data-driven decision-making across all university departments.

Role Overview

The Senior Statistician is responsible for the comprehensive management of statistical data, including collection, dissemination, and analysis. This position involves implementing predictive analytics models, developing institutional scorecards and dashboards, and ensuring the integrity of data used for reporting purposes throughout the university.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and disseminate consistent, accurate, and timely statistical data for all university departments.
• Implement predictive analytics models to support strategic decision-making in areas such as admissions, budgeting, and institutional planning.
• Process, analyze, and submit reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and statistical data across various university subjects, including those related to accreditation, re-accreditation, and other external agency requirements.
• Prepare the university scorecard and dashboard at both institutional and departmental levels.
• Provide academic programs and administrative departments with relevant KPIs and statistics.
• Present findings and conclusions effectively in appropriate tabular, graphic, and written formats.
• Respond to Dar Al-Hekma University's KPI and statistical requirements, highlighting areas for improvement and strengths.
• Develop necessary data and reports for areas of study under the "Quality Circle" initiative.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in all institutional reporting.
• Maintain databases and statistical records to track university performance over time.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in statistics or a related field.
