Service Agent

About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Service Agent to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to contribute to daily operations within a dynamic environment. The Service Agent will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and management of food section inventory and related procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations and procedures, including receiving, stocking, stacking, issuances, inventory management, and decanting for the Food Section (Dry Stores, Cold Stores, Chemical Stores, and CPU Stores).
• Ensure all items are issued correctly and in accordance with requirements.
• Implement proper storage of items, adhering to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle for in-house storage and the FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principle for issuances.
• Verify that all delivered items are properly arranged in designated locations and maintained at prescribed temperatures.
• Record Nil Stock, Critical Stock, Item Expiry, and Quantity Issued for all issuance processes.
• Support random stock checks to ensure inventory integrity.
• Ensure all issued items are properly decanted, unboxed, and arranged in trolleys, carts, or baskets for delivery.
• Deliver all decanted items to the requesting department within the specified timeframe.
• Adhere to all aspects of Food Safety and Work Safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and good condition of all facilities, premises, and workplaces covered by Main Stores.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in operations, inventory management, or a related field.
• Understanding of inventory principles such as FIFO and FEFO.
• Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.

Work Environment

The Service Agent will operate within the Main Stores and various food sections, including Dry Stores, Cold Stores, Chemical Stores, and CPU Stores. The role requires adherence to strict safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
