Service Agent

About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Service Agent to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position involves assisting with daily operations and procedures within the Food Section, which includes Dry Stores, Cold Stores, Chemical Stores, and CPU Stores. The role covers a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to inventory management and decanting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations and procedures, including receiving, stocking, stacking, issuances, inventory, and decanting for the Food Section (Dry Stores, Cold Stores, Chemical Stores, and CPU Stores).
• Ensure all items are issued correctly and according to requirements.
• Ensure proper storage of items, adhering to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle in-house and the FEFO (First-Expiry, First-Out) principle for issuances.
• Verify that all delivered items are properly arranged in designated locations and maintained at prescribed temperatures.
• Record nil stock, critical stock, item expiry dates, and quantities issued for all issuance processes.
• Support random stock checks to maintain stock integrity.
• Ensure all issued items are properly decanted, unboxed, and arranged in trolleys, carts, or baskets for delivery.
• Ensure that all decanted items are delivered to the requesting department within the specified time frame.
• Adhere to all aspects of Food Safety and Work Safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and good condition of all facilities, premises, and workplaces covered by Main Stores.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for the Service Agent position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role requires a practical understanding of inventory management principles, including FIFO and FEFO, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food and work safety.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, focusing on operational support within the Food Section of Catrion Group's stores. The role involves working across various storage environments, including dry, cold, chemical, and CPU stores.
