About the Opportunity

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Site Acquisition Senior Specialist to join its team. This full-time role is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is central to the company's strategic expansion initiatives.

Role Overview

The Site Acquisition Senior Specialist is responsible for managing the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition of new sites. This role ensures the selection of commercially viable locations and the timely delivery of new properties to support the company’s growth and expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Scout and identify new potential store locations across targeted regions through active field visits.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities from field visits, broker networks, and market intelligence.
• Secure high-quality photos and videos during site visits to document the location, environment, and accessibility.
• Provide preliminary site and contact reports to the Acquisition Managers for further commercial evaluation.
• Introduce new developers, landlords, and market contacts to the acquisition team to expand sourcing channels.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of real estate principles and commercial leasing practices.
• Experience in retail site acquisition and location assessment is preferred.
• Proven experience in site negotiations, feasibility studies, due diligence processes, and landlord management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position primarily located in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active field engagement and travel across targeted regions to identify and evaluate potential sites.
