About the Role

Bee Home is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to enhance its social media presence. This full-time, on-site position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on creating engaging short-form video content across various social media platforms.

Role Overview

The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for shooting, creating, and publishing Reels and other short-form video content. This includes capturing moments around the CEO, clients, testimonials, meetings, office activities, and behind-the-scenes footage. The ideal candidate will be proactive, aware of current trends, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot, create, and publish engaging Reels and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop content ideas based on business topics, current trends, and audience interests.
• Manage daily social media posting and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
• Utilize relevant AI tools to support content ideation, scripting, and social media growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in short-form video, social media content, or a similar role.
• Strong practical ability to shoot and create Reels using a mobile phone or camera.
• Good understanding of framing, angles, lighting, audio, and video quality.
• Strong awareness of current social media trends and short-form content formats.
• Energetic, presentable, confident, and comfortable interacting with clients and the CEO.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong portfolio of personally shot and created Reels or short-form videos.
• Experience creating content for businesses, professional brands, or entrepreneurs.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position in Jeddah. Only applicants currently residing in Jeddah will be considered for this role.
