Key Responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule and confirm reservations and appointments efficiently.
• Provide comprehensive information and answers regarding spa services.
• Check in guests and process payments, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Manage reservation software, including reading and visually verifying information.

Operational Duties

• Maintain a safe workplace environment for all guests and staff.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold established quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Ensure a professional uniform, personal appearance, and effective communication.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.

Physical Requirements

• Engage in physical activities including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance, and up to 25 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required.
