The Role of Stakeholder and Interface Manager

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Stakeholder and Interface Manager to oversee stakeholder engagement and interface management for major airport development programs in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves coordinating with various entities, including airport operators, airlines, authorities, consultants, and contractors, to ensure operational requirements are integrated into project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder and interface management across airport programs.
• Coordinate with airport operations, airlines, authorities, consultants, and contractors.
• Capture and manage stakeholder requirements, approvals, and actions.
• Ensure operational requirements are incorporated into design and delivery processes.
• Manage interfaces, risks, dependencies, and conflicts across projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
• Support authority approvals, ORAT (Operational Readiness, Activation, and Transition), testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Maintain stakeholder and interface registers and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Engineering, Aviation, Airport Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in airport operations, airport development, ORAT, or major aviation infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in stakeholder and interface management on complex airport programs.
• A good understanding of airport operations, airline requirements, and regulatory processes.
• Experience working with airport operators, airlines, aviation authorities, and government agencies.
• Experience in Aviation PMC, client-side roles, or as an airport operator.
