The Role of Store Supervisor

SQUATWOLF is seeking a Store Supervisor for a full-time position in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves leading the store team, driving sales, and ensuring a strong customer experience. The Store Supervisor is expected to be a hands-on leader who sets the standard and energy on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in daily operations.
• Drive sales and enhance store performance through customer experience initiatives.
• Take ownership of store KPIs, including sales, conversion, Average Transaction Value (ATV), and overall performance.
• Motivate and support team members on the shop floor.
• Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor and lead by example.
• Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues.
• Manage stock, store operations, and uphold store standards.
• Ensure the team possesses strong product knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example.
• Capacity to foster a positive and energetic store environment.
• Focus on customer experience in addition to sales targets.
• Interest in contributing to the growth of a brand.

Work Environment
