MenaBev is seeking a Team Leader - MEM to join our team in Jeddah. This is a full-time position focused on managing regional operations related to equipment maintenance and service.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the Regional MEM Department's operations, encompassing equipment service, AC&T (Asset Care & Technical Services), and installation activities. The objective is to enhance customer service, improve asset and MEM productivity, and contribute to overall sales growth.

Operational Management and Compliance

• Implement MEM AC&T Best Practice Processes to increase asset productivity and minimize asset losses.
• Implement MEM QS&R Best Practice Processes to maximize customer satisfaction, increase MEM Team productivity, and minimize breakdown time.
• Track, analyze, and report MEM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management, and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Handle the approval of Customer Maintenance Form (CMF) requests for the assigned region and submit detailed monthly reports.

Team Leadership and Development

• Ensure MEM Associates comply with all safety standards, monitoring, reporting, and resolving any non-conformance.
• Assign job tasks to MEM Supervisors and Technicians, setting monthly and yearly targets to ensure departmental and company objectives are met.
• Plan and schedule training for the MEM team to develop their skills and improve performance.

Financial and Asset Stewardship

• Prepare the Annual Operation Plan (OPEX & CAPEX), periodically review actual expenses, and implement necessary controls.
• Support the Sales & Marketing Department to maximize the utilization of the asset base, contributing to business development, market share, and profitability.
• Manage the MEM warehouse assets inventory for the assigned region, identifying discrepancies, reporting findings, and resolving issues in collaboration with MEM and Finance teams.
