Tele Sales Agent

About the Role

Astek is seeking a Tele Sales Agent to support a client's campaign. This part-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves engaging with eligible members to explain offers and guide them through the purchase process.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact eligible members using provided leads.
• Clearly explain offers, address questions, and manage objections professionally.
• Assist interested members with the in-app purchase process.
• Accurately log each call outcome, including interest, purchase, rejection, or no answer.
• Document the reason when a member declines an upgrade.
• Provide a concise weekly summary of calls, conversions, and rejection reasons.
• Adhere strictly to data confidentiality requirements, ensuring customer data remains within company premises and systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

Work Type and Location
