Role Overview

This full-time Trainee position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, providing an opportunity to gain practical exposure within the Human Resources department. The role involves supporting various HR operations and contributing to the efficiency of HR workflows within a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Schedule interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the offboarding process, which includes managing employee documentation and resignation procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports, leave management, and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support HR operations and ensure timely completion of HR processes.
• Contribute to improving HR workflows by supporting ongoing projects and administrative initiatives.
