About the Opportunity

Adidas Group is offering a Human Resources Business Partner Trainee position as part of the Tamheer program. This full-time opportunity is based at the Adidas Head Office in Qurtubah, Riyadh, within the Human Resources department.

Role Overview

The trainee will gain practical experience by supporting a broad range of HR functions. This role involves assisting the HR team with daily operations, administrative tasks, and employee-focused initiatives, contributing to the smooth functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in various HR activities, including the onboarding process for new employees and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
• Support administrative duties such as maintaining and updating employee records, managing HR databases, and preparing reports and presentations.
• Organize HR documents and materials to ensure accessibility and compliance.
• Provide general support to the HR team by responding to employee inquiries and assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Tamheer Program Eligibility

• Applicants must not be currently employed in any capacity (full-time or part-time).
• Candidates must not have previously participated in or benefited from the Tamheer program.
• Applicants should not have been registered with GOSI within the last six months.

Candidate Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is preferred.
