About the Human Resources Business Partner Role

Keeta is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on partnering with business units to drive HR initiatives and provide support to management.

Core Responsibilities

The Human Resources Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor and coach to line management, consulting and supporting them across various business units. A key focus will be on measuring and improving employee engagement within these units. The role involves advising, coaching, and mentoring management and the HR team on people-related matters, acting as a change agent to facilitate transitions, and ensuring alignment with company policies and local laws.

Employee Relations and Compliance

This role supports line managers in fostering a culture of employee engagement, meritocracy, performance, and diversity. The HR Business Partner will advise managers to minimize risk, ensure compliance with local laws and group policies throughout the employee lifecycle, and communicate and implement HR policy changes. Responsibilities also include ensuring proper application of disciplinary procedures, managing outsourcing vendors for manpower to meet service standards and cost-effectiveness, and creating/reviewing employee policies.

Training and Development Oversight

The position requires conducting annual training needs analyses to develop L&D proposals and calendars. The HR Business Partner will ensure new employees receive proper induction and support for rapid productivity. Identifying and delivering training for key and high-potential staff, ensuring succession plans are in place for key positions, and tracking the progress of high-potential employees with line managers are also key duties. Regular presentations on people status to line managers will be prepared.

Reporting and Engagement

The role involves participating in key meetings by presenting weekly HR priorities and preparing weekly business review (WBR) reports. Additionally, the HR Business Partner will organize team activities to enhance employee engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. A strong understanding of employee relations, training and development, and HR compliance is essential. The ability to partner effectively with business leaders and influence stakeholders is required.
