We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Riyadh, working full-time.

Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing essential operational HR support to enhance Bayut KSA's overall performance. This role involves close collaboration with leadership to align HR initiatives with strategic business goals, aiming to drive organisational effectiveness and foster employee engagement across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new hire paperwork, including contractual agreements, banking details, and medical insurance.
• Coordinate and administer training workshops as part of the onboarding program.
• Oversee the full visa cycle for new hires, utilizing relevant platforms and portals.
• Coordinate the relocation process for new hires moving into the country.
• Maintain, administer, and ensure completion of the internal HRMS (BambooHR).
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and regulations, staying updated on HR best practices.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing questions and resolving work-related issues.
• Provide current employees with information regarding policies, job duties, salaries, and benefits.
• Offer HR representation, support, and guidance during the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) cycle and other performance management issues, including disciplinary actions or continuous conversations.
• Support focus groups across the organisation, assist with implementation agendas, and recommend feedback and improvements.
• Support and coordinate with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) for visa cancellations/transfers and immigration clearance.
• Conduct exit interviews and prepare final settlements in accordance with Saudi labour law.
• Represent Bayut in Saudi labour disputes when required.
• Ensure a 24/48-hour response time for paperwork production, including salary certificates, PIP documentation, and performance-related paperwork.
• Provide monthly reports to the Human Resources Manager (HRM), covering visa headcount, quota, and other relevant metrics.
• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local legal requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Drive organisational change initiatives, supporting business transformation and cultural change.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
