About the Opportunity

Creative Hospitality is seeking a Waiter to join The Ritz-Carlton, AMAALA. This full-time position is based on AMAALA Island, a developing ultra-luxury hospitality destination on the Red Sea. The role involves contributing to high-quality dining experiences within a professional and fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

The Waiter is responsible for providing attentive and efficient service to guests, ensuring a seamless and professional dining experience. This position requires a commitment to service excellence and the ability to operate effectively within a luxury hospitality setting, supporting the overall guest satisfaction goals of The Ritz-Carlton, AMAALA.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and attending to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Accurately taking food and beverage orders and communicating them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
• Serving food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service areas.
• Professionally handling guest requests and resolving any concerns.
• Assisting with opening and closing duties as required to ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience (0-1 year) as a waiter in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality venue is preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by operational needs.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is located on AMAALA Island, an exclusive and remote destination situated on the Red Sea. Candidates must be comfortable with the prospect of living and working in a remote island environment. The role is based within the Jeddah and Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.
