About the Role

Leylaty Group is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role is responsible for delivering professional and friendly table service, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Role Overview

The Waiter/Waitress will welcome guests, present menus, accurately take food and beverage orders, and serve meals and drinks efficiently. The position requires ensuring that all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally to maintain a positive dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas in adherence to restaurant standards and procedures.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, hostess, and management team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and professional appearance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to accurately take orders and provide efficient table service.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Good knowledge of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
