IT Support Employee Required

A company specializing in computer systems announces its need for an IT support employee to work in Jeddah according to the following conditions:

Requirements:

* At least 3 years of experience in the field of technical support.

* Experience in diagnosing and solving hardware and system problems.

* Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows) and basic networks.

* Ability to install and configure hardware and software and solve technical malfunctions.

* Skill in dealing with customers and providing technical support remotely or in the field.

* Preferably those with experience in similar technical systems.

* Ability to work under pressure and bear responsibility.
