Role Summary: General Manager & Operations Manager

Abr Al-Arab is seeking a General Manager & Operations Manager to oversee overall business performance and day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, requiring a leader who can set strategic objectives, manage budgets, and ensure operational processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company goals. The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to shape policies, manage risks, and guide the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Set strategic objectives and manage budgets to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Oversee and ensure the efficiency, compliance, and alignment of all operational processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
• Supervise department heads and coordinate workflows across various functions.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain smooth service delivery.
• Review reports, identify areas for improvement, and drive process optimization initiatives.
• Support business development efforts and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on policy development, risk management, and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in general management and operations leadership.
• Experience in a similar industry is preferred.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to safe, compliant, and ethical operations.
