International Ideas Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join its team. This full-time position is located in Khamis Mushayt, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia, and involves managing key human resources functions within the organization.

Role Summary

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and management of human resources operations. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and government regulations, as well as effectively utilizing HR information systems to streamline processes and support the workforce.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent academic qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Human Resources Management or a comparable leadership management position.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrated proficiency in the English language, encompassing both spoken and written communication.
• Comprehensive familiarity with local labor laws and governmental regulations pertinent to human resources.
• Advanced proficiency in utilizing various Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).

Preferred Professional Certifications

Candidates holding professional certifications such as CIPD, PHRi, or SHRM are preferred.
