About the Service Advisor Role

Role Purpose

The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. This role involves understanding customer needs, accurately documenting service requests, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience from initial contact through to vehicle delivery. The advisor acts as a crucial link between customers and the service technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct initial consultations to understand their service requirements and concerns.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services, repairs, and associated costs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle and any unexpected issues.
• Prepare accurate service orders and invoices, ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.

Qualifications and Experience

• Technical Diploma Degree or higher.
• 0-1 years of professional experience, ideally within a customer service or automotive environment.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
