About the Role
Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance is seeking a Site Manager for a contract position in Khamīs Mushayţ, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This role involves the comprehensive management and control of personnel and activities on-site to ensure optimal service support and high customer satisfaction. The Site Manager will lead a team of experienced maintenance technicians and ensure all operational requirements of the contract are delivered in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, assign, and control the duties of the site maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with all Aviation, Safety, Quality, and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
- Adhere to all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies, and Regulations.
- Provide monthly reports on operations KPIs and site performance to management.
- Monitor and track operational issues, providing status updates on corrections as requested.
- Ensure satisfactory performance of both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance within a customer environment.
- Apply the highest Quality and Safety standards in managing site operations.
- Report all incidents to the Program Manager, Operations Support Manager, and Quality and Safety Department.
- Manage all daily preventive, corrective, servicing, and routine maintenance works.
- Lead a team of technicians to effectively inspect, maintain, operate, repair, troubleshoot, and service helicopter systems.
- Verify aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items, ensure serviceability, and sign the Release to Service.
- Ensure all work performed is recorded on appropriate documentation and signed as required by the AHA Management System.
- Ensure correct use, control, and return of aircraft parts and materials.
- Ensure all work is completed on time, within cost, and to quality standards to meet Airbus requirements.
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to management as requested.
- Communicate Safety, Quality, and Process updates to the on-site team.
- Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals and all safety directives and FOD procedures.
