Job Responsibilities
As a Skin Care Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales and optimal targets by ensuring a high level of customer service and professional standards. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing skin care advice to clients and guiding them through procedures and recommendations using suitable products
  • Representing the brand by communicating its values and philosophy through all interactions
  • Driving skin care sales during events and promotional launches
  • Enhancing the loyalty program (MUSE) to increase registration rates and acquire new customers
  • Staying informed about brand offers and promoting them to customers
  • Understanding customer purchase behaviors and building strong relationships for future sales opportunities
  • Providing exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints
  • Maintaining high standards of operation in sales and services
  • Creating daily sales reports and tracking sales closely
  • Ensuring adherence to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Demonstrating effective use of technology tools to enhance customer experiences

Qualifications for Success
We encourage applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • Saudi nationality or treated as a Saudi citizen
  • High school certificate or diploma
  • Preferred experience in skin care
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking, writing, reading) at an intermediate level or above.
  • Proven sales experience in supermarkets or wholesale sectors, preferably within the same region.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills to maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities for daily operational challenges.

Reports Required:
  • Monthly customer stock level report.
  • Weekly competitor products, promotions, and activities report.
  • Monthly customer feedback report.
  • Daily use of handheld devices for reporting.
