About the Role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a B Avionics Technician to join our team in Khamīs Mushayţ, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on providing optimal service support for maintenance and flight line activities. The primary objective is to ensure excellent fleet availability while upholding the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the helicopter fleet within a customer environment, collaborating as part of a team.
• Undertake aircraft maintenance, repair, inspection tasks, quality checks, and complete all required documentation in accordance with Company and Customer procedures.
• Conduct detailed inspection, assembly, installation, repair, or replacement of aircraft components and systems.
• Execute aircraft refurbishing and functional checks of components.
• Ensure all work performed is accurately recorded on appropriate paperwork and progressively signed off.
• Verify aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items, confirm serviceability, and sign the Release to Service.
• Perform assigned duties by the Site Manager, ensuring timely completion and adherence to Airbus delivery quality requirements.

Technical Operations

• Before commencing any maintenance activity, inspect tools, Ground Support Equipment (GSEs) for condition and expiration date, ensuring correct usage.
• Prior to maintenance, check components and parts for conditions (*, damages, leaks) and confirm documentation applicability.
• Perform electrical assembly, integration, modification, system repairs, first-level quality inspection, and functional tests of aircraft and components.
• Analyze performance and isolate malfunctions within integrated avionic instrument and flight control systems.
• Conduct checkouts of avionic instrument and flight control systems and components, including repairs, overhauls, modifications, alignments, and installation.
• Inspect avionic instrument and flight control systems thoroughly.
• Ensure the correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials.

Training and Compliance

• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality, and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
• Adhere to all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies, and Regulations.
• Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) activities as required.
• Train personnel on the proper use of maintenance manuals.
• Provide training to personnel on all safety directives and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Practical working experience in H215 (AS532 ALE) is mandatory.
• Experience level: 0-1 years.

Work Environment

The role operates within a customer environment in Khamīs Mushayţ, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia, requiring collaboration as part of a dedicated team to maintain helicopter fleets. On-the-job training will be provided as necessary.
