Join Our Team as a Security Supervisor at Rixos Murjana!
The Rixos brand, known for its luxurious all-inclusive experience, is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff at Rixos Murjana, located in King Abdullah Economic City. This role is crucial in maintaining a secure environment and enhancing guest experience through excellent security management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the Assistant Security Manager/Director of Security updated on all security-related matters.
• Coordinate with the Director of Engineering regarding Fire and Security responsibilities.
• Liaise with management personnel and employees to assist in resolving security issues and enhancing loss control.
• Maintain proper grooming standards at all times and attend scheduled training classes.
• Train Security employees on resort regulations, fire prevention and safety procedures, and crime scene preservation.
• Supervise daily processing and distribution of security reports to management.
• Evaluate security threats continuously and respond appropriately to all emergencies as per procedures.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance of all safety equipment in collaboration with the engineering department.
• Strictly control access for contractors, visitors, and suppliers, issuing visitor passes when necessary.
• Ensure all staff are familiar with emergency procedures and well-prepared for any situation.

Qualifications:
Applicants should hold a university degree in any field and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a five-star hotel environment. Strong team management, computer proficiency, and excellent communication skills are essential.
