We are seeking a dedicated Auto Technician Diagnostic to join our team in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of this full-time role is to perform comprehensive repair services and other mechanical works within the service center. The technician will contribute to achieving targets in customer satisfaction and gross service sales by adhering to the company's mission, vision, values, and applying standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests on the repair order are completed to a high-quality standard within the promised delivery time.
• Identify the extent of vehicle damage and communicate any additional repair items found to the Foreman, who will then inform the Service Advisor for customer information and concurrence.
• Execute after-sales responsibilities, including vehicle repairs and periodic maintenance, in strict accordance with company policies and procedures, through effective communication and supervision by the Team Leader.
• Receive and interpret technical information, service bulletins, and daily functional updates from the Team Leader to continuously enhance technical skills and ensure smooth after-sales business operations.
• Support and assist in center after-sales marketing campaigns, promote center Kaizen activities, and adjust to business strategies to achieve established center targets.
• Execute assigned activities according to the company’s standard operating procedures, coordinating with center service teams to meet pre-determined operational targets.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience as an Auto Technician, with a strong focus on diagnostic capabilities. A proven track record of performing high-quality repair services is essential.

Workplace Standards and Operations

• Handle customer vehicles and belongings with care, utilizing protective equipment (seat covers, floor mats, fender covers) to maintain cleanliness and returning vehicles in a clean condition.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of personal hand tools necessary for service and repair requirements, performing services with zero comebacks to achieve monthly productivity targets set by the Service Manager.
• Ensure the appropriate use of all service facilities, tools, and equipment, operating in accordance with company policies related to safety, welfare, integrity, and brand image.
• Adhere to accurate clocking practices by clocking on and off for personal time and for every repair order.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times, including keeping the workshop area tidy and organized in line with company environmental safety policies.
