The Role of Co-Founder

Ruh Al Fann is seeking a Co-Founder to join its team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a hands-on operator with over 10 years of experience, who possesses a comprehensive understanding of startup development across brand, product, operations, finance, and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network, influence, and capital to accelerate the company's growth and global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the company's global vision and end-to-end growth strategy.
• Lead partnerships, fundraising discussions, and international expansion initiatives.
• Facilitate connections with luxury retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders through an established personal network.
• Provide capital or access to investors to support early-stage growth.
• Contribute to establishing Ruh Al Fann as a prominent sustainable luxury fashion brand.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A high-net-worth individual or someone with direct access to significant capital.
• A strong personal network and influence within luxury, retail, or GCC business sectors.
• Proven experience in building or scaling a business, demonstrating a comprehensive founder mindset across strategy, operations, and execution.
