Rowad Altameer is developing a technology venture focused on Property Technology (PropTech), Construction Technology (ConTech), and Engineering Solutions. The venture aims to create an innovative platform that integrates construction supply chain solutions, marketplace functionalities, and project management technologies. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of experience.

The Role of Technical Co-Founder

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Technical Co-Founder to join the existing founding team. This individual will be instrumental in guiding the venture through its next development phase. The role involves leading and coordinating technical teams, overseeing product development, managing project execution, and contributing to business development and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic decision-making as a founding team member and contribute to the company's growth roadmap.
• Lead and coordinate technical development efforts with both internal and external developers.
• Oversee the transition of the existing Minimum Viable Product (MVP) into a market-ready and scalable product.
• Translate business and construction-sector requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Support the development of the platform's marketplace and construction supply chain model.
• Contribute to defining the software architecture, backend structure, and scalability requirements.
• Understand and contribute to project management and construction technology requirements, including project management systems.
• Contribute to business development, partnerships, go-to-market strategy, and commercial realization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in founding, co-founding, building, or launching a company or startup.
• Proven experience in project development and project management.
• Strong hands-on coding experience, particularly in backend development, is preferred.
• Good understanding of Software Architecture and scalable system design.
• Strong experience with B2B Marketplaces, Project Management Platforms, SaaS, or other technology-based platforms, preferably within an early-stage or startup environment.
• Experience in PropTech, ConTech, Construction Technology, or Construction Supply Chain, with a strong understanding of technology applications within the construction and real estate sectors, is highly preferred.
