About the Role

Recruiterlyix is seeking a Customer Support (Arabic) Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering professional and timely support to Arabic-speaking customers through various communication channels. Your contribution will be key in handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience, and supporting the overall growth of the organization.

Customer Communication and Issue Resolution

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in Arabic, and in English if required.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication during all interactions.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving common issues.
  • Identify root causes of problems and guide customers through effective solutions.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to appropriate internal teams when necessary.

Operational Excellence and Team Collaboration

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM or support systems.
  • Track open cases and follow up diligently to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Ensure all responses meet company quality and communication standards.
  • Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and reporting recurring issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated on product changes, company policies, and operational procedures.

Candidate Profile and Experience

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with 0-1 years of experience in a customer support or related role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Language Proficiency

Proficiency in Arabic is essential for this role to effectively support our Arabic-speaking customer base. The ability to communicate in English may also be required for certain interactions.
