Guest Services Associate

About the Role

Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Guest Services Associate to deliver professional guest services in airport lounges across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Yanbu, Al Madinah, and focuses on ensuring a positive guest experience in line with company standards and admission procedures. The role involves supporting lounge operations through accurate handling of guest records, cash transactions, and operational checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in procedures and ensure compliance with lounge admission guidelines.
• Greet, receive, and bid farewell to guests at lounge entrances and reception areas.
• Assist guests with internet access, baggage arrangements, shower access, and nap room bookings.
• Conduct regular checks of all lounge areas and report maintenance or cleaning requirements.
• Promote lounge services and facilities while professionally handling guest requests and complaints.
• Manage lost and found items and maintain proper documentation.
• Handle confidential guest information with a high level of integrity and discretion.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and take appropriate immediate actions when required.
• Maintain accurate records of cash flows, receipts, and related documentation.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor in line with operational requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant customer service role.
• Presentable, customer-focused, and professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic cash handling skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work shift duties as required.

Work Environment

This role operates within airport lounges in Yanbu and Medina, Saudi Arabia, requiring adaptability to a dynamic environment and adherence to operational schedules, including shift duties.
