Role Overview

The Guest Services Associate is responsible for providing high-quality service in airport lounges, adhering to company standards and admission procedures. This position involves direct guest interaction, operational support, and maintaining lounge quality to ensure efficient and responsive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in processes and ensure compliance with lounge admission guidelines.
• Greet, receive, and bid farewell to guests at lounge entrances and reception areas.
• Assist guests with services such as internet access, baggage arrangements, shower access, and nap room bookings.
• Conduct regular checks of all lounge areas and report any maintenance or cleaning requirements.
• Promote lounge services and facilities while professionally handling guest requests and complaints.
• Manage lost and found items and maintain accurate documentation.
• Handle confidential guest information with integrity and discretion.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and take appropriate immediate actions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of cash flows, receipts, and related documentation.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor in line with operational requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a guest services or hospitality role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide professional and courteous service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in managing guest inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Work Environment

This role is based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, within an airport lounge setting. The position requires a full-time commitment to support lounge operations and guest satisfaction.
