As a Marketing Executive at Hilton, you will play a vital role in supporting the cluster to achieve its marketing objectives aligned with the annual marketing plan and relevant initiatives. Your position will allow you to independently manage smaller projects while overseeing essential administrative tasks at the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and coordinate all marketing strategies, monitoring ongoing performance and reporting as directed by the Line Manager.
  • Support the development and implementation of promotional activities and materials across hotel departments.
  • Manage marketing activities for special events, exhibitions, and property inspections.
  • Oversee all social media activities, ensuring brand compliance and engaging content.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of competitive insights related to marketing activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with all hotel disciplines, fostering strong working relationships.

Qualifications:
  • Educated to college level or equivalent experience in marketing.
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role, managing projects with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and other native languages depending on the location.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications and budget management.
  • Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders and possess a professional demeanor.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Management.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the same field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and costing tools skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX).
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
